Varian material

Chem-Proof CPP, CPK, dan CPAF series tersedia dalam empat kelas material wetted-parts untuk kompatibilitas fluida proses kimia:

• PVDF (Kynar) untuk asam kuat (HCl, HNO3, H2SO4 pekat) sampai suhu 90 °C
• PP (Polypropylene) untuk basa, larutan garam, asam lemah, suhu sampai 65 °C - pilihan ekonomis
• PVC untuk air bersih dan asam encer pada suhu ambient
• CFR-ETFE atau PFA-lined untuk fluida high-purity di farmasi dan semikonduktor

Mechanical seal dengan double-cartridge dan API Plan 53A flushing tersedia untuk fluida yang mengandung partikel. Magnetic-drive (sealless) opsional untuk zero-leakage requirement.

Kondisi operasi optimal

Kapasitas standar 5 sampai 1.500 m³/jam dengan total head sampai 90 meter. Suhu operasi -20 °C sampai +120 °C tergantung material. Pressure rating 10-25 bar (PN10 sampai PN25). Cocok untuk continuous duty 24/7 dengan kandungan solid sampai 5% (lebih jika menggunakan magnetic-drive variant). NPSH required relatif tinggi - perlu desain piping suction yang cermat.

Sertifikasi dan standar

• ATEX-certified opsional untuk handling fluida flammable (Zona 1 / Zona 2)
• API 685 compliant untuk magnetic-drive sealless variant (oil & gas duty)
• Material PVDF + PFA mengikuti FDA 21 CFR 177 untuk kontak dengan food + pharma fluids
• Casting dan welding sesuai ASME B73.1 untuk chemical process pumps
