Motor listrik tiga fasa CMP seri DBA bekerja berdasarkan prinsip induksi elektromagnetik - gulir untuk melihat bagaimana medan berputar terbentuk dari tiga belitan fasa dan menarik rotor squirrel cage hingga mencapai kecepatan operasi.

01 · TEFC casing

Motor TEFC: totally enclosed, fan-cooled.

Cast iron frame, IP55 enclosure. Fan cover di sisi non-drive end menarik udara melalui sirip pendingin sepanjang badan motor. Terminal box dengan cable gland untuk koneksi 3-fasa.

02 · Cutaway

Belah housing: tampak stator dan rotor.

Stator di luar (statis), rotor di dalam (berputar). Air gap 0,5-0,8 mm antara keduanya. Stator terbuat dari laminasi steel sheet untuk meminimalkan eddy current losses.

03 · 3-phase windings

Tiga belitan U, V, W tergeser 120°.

Setiap fasa menempati pasangan slot diametral berlawanan. Suplai 3-fasa membangkitkan arus sinusoidal yang bergeser 120° antar fasa. Perhatikan setiap pasang slot menyala bergantian.

04 · Medan magnet berputar

Vektor medan berputar 50 putaran/detik.

Superposisi tiga fluks fasa menghasilkan satu vektor medan resultan yang berputar mengelilingi air gap. Untuk 4-pole motor pada 50 Hz, kecepatan sinkron = 1500 rpm.

05 · Rotor mengikuti

Squirrel cage terimbas dan terdorong.

Medan berputar menginduksi arus pada bar rotor. Arus rotor menghasilkan medan sendiri yang berinteraksi dengan medan stator. Hasilnya: torsi yang menarik rotor mengikuti, tertinggal dengan slip ~3% (1450 rpm operasi vs 1500 rpm sinkron).

06 · Fan cooling

Fan NDE menarik udara melalui sirip.

Fan plastik atau aluminium berputar bersama shaft. Aliran udara aksial sepanjang badan motor membuang panas dari permukaan luar housing. Pada IE3 efficiency, losses turun 15-25% vs IE1 standar.

07 · Run

Tekan Run: motor mencapai full speed.

Inrush current 6-7x FLA selama 1-3 detik, lalu mengendap ke nominal. Coupling shaft di sisi DE mengirim torsi ke pompa. Pada VFD, frekuensi (dan kecepatan) bisa diatur 0-60 Hz.

Deskripsi dan Konstruksi

Motor CMP adalah motor asinkron tiga fase TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) standar, dirancang dan diproduksi untuk memenuhi semua jenis kondisi lingkungan. Seperti pertambangan, perminyakan, kelautan/lepas pantai dan wilayah kerja umum tropis lainnya. Dikombinasikan dengan bahan berkualitas tinggi dan inspeksi produksi yang ketat, rangkaian motor CMP menawarkan keunggulan dalam efisiensi, torsi awal, kebisingan rendah, dan hemat energi.

Motor Enclosure / Degree of Protection

For vertically mounted motors:

Motors to be mounted with the shaft vertically down must be provided with a suitable cover (available on request) to ensure foreign bodies are prevented from entering the. Special care is necessary in fitting protective covers to ensure air flow is not impeded. To maintain IP rating, special additional measures may be required to protect the motor against the ingress of water or foreign bodies.

Against solar radiation:

High solar radiation will result in undue temperature. In these circumstances motors should be screened from solar radiation by placement of adequate sunshades which do not inhibit air flow.

Degree of protection:

Standard levels of enclosure protection for all DBA frame sizes for both motor and terminal box is IP55, with IP56, IP65 and IP66 available on request. Enclosure designations comply with IEC or AS60529.

Insulation

Standard DBA series motors are wound with F class insulation and winding designs limit the temperature rise to 80K (unless otherwise noted) for which B Class insulation would normally be sufficient. The use of F class insulation provides an additional safety margin of 25K, together with an extended operating life.

Engineering Design

Thermal protection:

Motors can be protected against excessive temperature rise by inserting, at various positions within the windings, thermal probes which can either give a warning signal or cut off the supply to the motor in the event of a temperature abnormality. The units fitted to DBA motors, frame sizes 160 and above, are PTC thermistors. These thermovariable resistors, with positive temperature co-efficient, are fitted one per phase, series connected and are terminated in a terminal strip located in the terminal box. Trip temperature is 160°C (180°C for DBAH series). Additional 130°C thermistors can be fitted as an option for alarm connection.

Standards and specifications:

The main dimensions and rated outputs of CMP type DBA motors generally conform to International Standards IEC60034, IEC60072 and Australian Standard AS1359.

Efficiency:

The DBA motor range exceeds requirements of European Eff 2 or Eff 1 and correspond to IE1 (Standard Efficiency) or IE2 (High Efficiency) & IE3 (Premium Efficiency) of the new international standard IEC 00034-30.

Varian dan opsi enclosure

CMP DBA series dirakit Arsindo dengan rentang frame size 71 sampai 355, rated power 0,12 sampai 315 kW, 2/4/6/8 pole untuk speed sesuai duty pompa.

Enclosure protection:

• IP55 standar untuk lingkungan industri umum (debu + percikan air)
• IP56 untuk fasilitas wash-down
• IP65 / IP66 untuk outdoor exposed dan korosif

Insulation class F (155 °C) standar dengan winding limit 80K rise (memberi safety margin 25K untuk extended operating life). Class H tersedia untuk operasi suhu tinggi sampai 180 °C continuous.

Special variants: smoke spill motor untuk fire-rated ventilation system, synchronous motor untuk aplikasi presisi, dan explosion-proof Ex d / Ex e untuk area klasifikasi ATEX.

Kondisi operasi optimal

Designed untuk continuous duty (S1 rating) di ambient sampai 40 °C standar atau 50 °C sebagai opsi. Vertical mount memerlukan cover khusus untuk mencegah ingress; tropical site di Indonesia dengan radiasi solar tinggi membutuhkan sunshade tambahan untuk maintain temperature rise dalam batas insulasi.

Cooling method IC411 (TEFC - Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) standar; opsional IC416 (separate ventilation) untuk operasi long-shutdown standby. Bearing rated B-10 life 60.000 jam untuk operasi normal.
