Pumps and dewatering systems for mining, plantations, construction projects, industry, and beyond. Available in pump, skid unit, and pontoon configurations.

Why a pontoon over standard submersibles. The Arsindo dewatering pontoon is a floating platform carrying multiple centrifugal pumps above the water surface, ideal for fluctuating mining water levels (amplitudes up to 8 m on PD 100) or sites with difficult underwater access. Standard submersibles sit underwater, are more vulnerable to abrasive slurry, and require dewatering the area for maintenance. The pontoon makes inspection easier (pumps accessed from above), lasts longer in corrosive environments, and capacity scales easily by adding pump units.

PD 100 / 150 / 200 series. Standard capacity 750-2,000 m³/h with total head up to 70 m. Continuous 24/7 duty with 500-hour filter intervals and 2,000-hour wear-parts checks. Engine driver options: Cummins, Perkins, or Baudouin diesel for sites without grid power; or WEG / Siemens electric motor with Yaskawa VFD for capacity modulation. Vacuum priming with magnetic-clutch compressor for automatic start.

Compliance & corrosion protection. Fabrication per API 610 (centrifugal pumps), AWS D1.1 (welding) with dye-penetrant tested critical joints, and NACE SP0108 three-coat marine paint (zinc primer + epoxy intermediate + polyurethane top-coat). Material upgrades available: SS316 wetted parts for acid mine drainage (pH<5), HDPE column piping, factory-tested performance certificates included with delivery.
