An Arsindo Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC) replaces unpredictable break / fix cost with a planned cadence: scheduled visits, written condition reports, and proactive component replacement before failure. The economics improve sharply once you have more than a handful of critical pumps.
Scope. Visual + mechanical inspection on schedule, performance testing (flow, head, vibration, bearing temperature), lubrication and wear-parts replacement (seals, impellers, couplings), written condition reports with trend data, priority access to standby-fleet during overhaul, and a 24/7 emergency hotline.
Cadence by duty. Monthly for critical pumps (life safety, process bottleneck). Quarterly for standard duty. Semi-annual for standby. NFPA 25 frequency for fire-protection systems. We design the schedule with you based on duty cycle, criticality, and budget.
