AMP Mobile Pump, Trailer Skid-Mounted

The Arsindo Mobile Pump (AMP) is a trailer-mounted, skid-built pump unit assembled at our Bekasi workshop for fast deployment to project sites. Plug-and-play setup in 24-48 hours with no civil works, fully self-contained (engine driver + fuel tank + control panel + camlock fittings on a single unit), and engineered for rough terrain (flooding, sludge, open-pit mining).

Configuration matrix. Engine drivers: Cummins (B3.3, B4.5, QSB6.7 for 30-150 kW duty), Perkins (1103 / 1104 / 1106 series), or Yanmar (3TNV / 4TNV) for light duty. Pumps: end-suction centrifugal (clean water utility, irrigation), self-priming centrifugal with vacuum-assisted compressor (high-suction or intermittent priming), or slurry pump (heavy-duty cast-iron casing with rubber-lined impeller for abrasive fluids). Standard range: capacity 100-800 m³/h, head 20-60 m, weight 1.5-4 t (towable behind a 10-wheel truck).

Trailer chassis & road compliance. Structural steel ASTM A36 fabrication with welding to AWS D1.1, dye-penetrant tested on critical joints. Heavy-duty axle (5-7 t rating) with hydraulic brakes for rough terrain. Road compliance per Indonesian Kemenhub regulation (brake light, turn signal, temporary inter-province plate). NACE SP0108 three-coat marine paint for corrosive-environment durability.
