Misaligned pump-motor shafts cause vibration, accelerated bearing wear, mechanical-seal leaks, and coupling failure long before the pump itself wears out. Precision alignment is one of the highest-ROI maintenance interventions available.
Equipment & tolerance. SKF TKSA-11 laser alignment kit, factory-calibrated, 0.05 mm tolerance achievable. We perform dry alignment before coupling (cold), then hot alignment after 4-8 hours of running once the unit reaches operating temperature.
Bundled with installation. Alignment is included as part of every Arsindo pump installation and commissioning. As a stand-alone service, we mobilise to your site for existing units showing alignment-related symptoms (high vibration, premature bearing failure, recurring seal leaks).
