For projects that need pump-system manpower without expanding permanent headcount, Arsindo supplies operators and helpers on a day rate. The service complements pump rental and tool rental: rent the units, the people, or both under one quote.
Available roles. Operator / technician at Rp 1,500,000 per day, running and monitoring the pump unit on site, performing daily checks, and handling first-line troubleshooting. Helper at Rp 1,000,000 per day, supporting mobilisation, hose and fitting installation, and demobilisation once the job is done.
Terms. A working day is 8 hours, 08:00 to 17:00; work beyond that is charged as overtime. Rates on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are unchanged. Rates exclude transport, accommodation, and VAT. Note that equipment rented without an operator runs 24 hours a day, whereas equipment rented with an Arsindo operator follows the 8-hour manpower working day.
