For brands like Sulzer, Grundfos, KSB, and Tsurumi we work as a system integrator and official supplier through their main Indonesian distributor channels.

02Can I rent pumps instead of buying?

03How long is the lead time for a WITANABE NFPA 20 fire pump package?

A standard pre-fabricated fire pump package (electric + diesel + jockey) with UL Listed / FM Approved components has an 8-12 week lead time from PO acceptance, depending on capacity and controller customisation. We also keep standard units in stock for emergency replacement.

04Can casing and impeller materials be customised?

Yes. Material selection (cast iron, ductile iron, CD4MCu, duplex stainless, hastelloy) is set by the engineering team based on your fluid, temperature, abrasive content, and corrosivity analysis. Include MSDS and operating conditions with the quote request.

05How do I request pump sizing for a new project?
