Each intervention starts with root-cause diagnosis, not just replacing a failed component. We evaluate fluid conditions, duty-cycle profile, and operating history to recommend a sustainable solution.

Seven core services

The seven leaf services below cover the full pump-care spectrum: scheduled MRO, laser-precision alignment, performance testing with flow + head + vibration, fuel tank cleaning for gensets and diesel fire pumps, online blending fine-tune for chemical-dosing systems, preventive maintenance contracts with written SLAs, and an emergency hotline that mobilises within hours.

Engineering, procurement, installation (EPI)

Our Engineering, Procurement & Installation (EPI) service line handles new pump systems from concept to handover. Engineering scope includes pump sizing based on system profile (flow, head, NPSH available, pipe friction), wetted-parts material selection per fluid characteristics, piping layout, and integration with SCADA or plant DCS. Procurement leverages our network of authorized suppliers (Sulzer, Grundfos, KSB, Yamada, Gorman-Rupp, Tsurumi, Genebre, Spectra) for predictable lead times.

EPI is available as an end-to-end package (engineering + supply + installation + commissioning) or modular (engineering only, or installation only for already-purchased equipment). Pump installation and commissioning

Correct installation and start-up are decisive for long-term reliability. Our installation team handles: foundation grouting (epoxy or cementitious per duty), pipe alignment and support per API/HI standards, dry alignment before coupling, hot alignment after 4-8 hours of running, baseline vibration measurement, and auditable commissioning report documentation.

Commissioning includes performance verification (head vs flow vs power compared to pump curve), seal leak test, bearing temperature stabilisation, and operator training. For specific shaft alignment with laser-precision SKF TKSA-11 (0.05 mm tolerance), use the dedicated pump alignment service.

Fuel polishing

Fuel polishing is filtration of fuel that has been stored long-term in tanks, removing condensate water, sediment, and microbial contamination (which causes diesel bug or sludge). Different from tank cleaning which cleans the tank walls, fuel polishing improves the fuel itself without draining and refilling.

This service is most critical for standby diesel fire pumps (fuel can sit 6-12 months between test runs and is vulnerable to diesel bug clogging the injector during emergency), critical-power gensets (data centers, hospitals, oil & gas), and bulk fuel storage at remote sites. Scope: pre-clean sampling for baseline fuel quality, multi-stage filtration (sediment + water separator + bio-treatment), post-clean sampling with certificate of analysis, and handover documentation per ASTM D975. Service can be scheduled as part of a Preventive Maintenance Contract.
