PT Arsindo Integrasi Pompa is an integrated industrial pump solutions provider in Indonesia. Founded and operating since 2017, we have delivered more than 1,400 project references across mining, power generation, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, and fire protection. Our core team of 20 to 50 people is supplemented by a network of technical partners engaged per project scale.
We are not a passive distributor. Every project, from engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation through after-sales support, is handled by our internal team. This engineering-first approach lets us engineer solutions matched to actual client operating conditions, not just forward a catalog.
What we do
Three business lines cover the pump engineering spectrum. Engineering, procurement & installation (EPI) for new pump systems, with in-house fabrication for skid-mount, base-frame, and pre-fabricated WITANABE™ fire pump packages. Services & rental ("Doctor Pump") for scheduled MRO, alignment, performance testing, fuel tank cleaning, emergency response, and rental fleet of pumps, tools, and manpower. Automation, control & IoT for VFD integration, SCADA, and remote-monitoring dashboards backed by our Yaskawa System Integrator certification.
Facility and team
Our main workshop in Bekasi handles WITANABE™ fire pump package fabrication, skid-mount and base-frame builds, plus service operations and rental fleet staging. Our engineering team holds bachelor degrees in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering, with hands-on experience in mining, power generation, and large-scale infrastructure. Capacity is scaled via verified fabrication partners as project scope demands.

Compliance certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management. TKDN 33.78% (self-assessed per Permenperin). Our fire pump packages are fabricated to NFPA 20 with UL Listed and FM Approved components. See the certifications page for full details.
