Thermal Image Survey

Thermal imaging surveys catch problems before they become failures. A bearing developing a hotspot today will fail catastrophically in days or weeks; thermography spots the early thermal signature with no shutdown required.

Scope. FLIR thermal imager survey of pump bearings, motor winding temperatures, coupling alignment indicators (uneven heating signals misalignment), VFD heat-sink condition, and electrical-panel hotspots. Side-by-side baseline and current images, anomaly tagging, and a written report with recommended interventions and priority levels.

Best paired with. Vibration-baseline measurement (we usually do both on the same site visit) and the PMC cadence for trend-tracking over time.
